How to Cancel an Order?

To cancel a purchase on GCommerce:

  1. Sign in to gcommerce.glass.

  2. Click the Your Account icon.

  3. Click Orders.

  4. Find the order you want to cancel.

  5. Click Contact Support.

  6. Request GCommerce to cancel the order and click Send.

Accepting your request is up to the individual vendor. Submitting a cancellation request doesn’t automatically cancel your order.

All items on commerce.glass are sold by independent vendors. 

How to cancel a purchase without an account

You can contact the support by replying to the receipt email you received when you placed your order. Request that the vendor cancels your order. The email receipt is from [email protected].

Accepting your request is up to the individual vendor. Submitting a cancellation request doesn’t automatically cancel your order.

If you want to create an account and cancel your order, find the receipt that was emailed to you after purchase. Click the order number, and you'll be taken to gcommerce.glass where you'll be prompted to create an account. Then, follow the instructions to cancel your order.
